Eligibility for cancellation or a refund, treatment of deposits, work already completed, third-party expenses, and any processing schedule must be specified in the applicable written agreement before payment. This policy does not create a blanket non-refundable deposit rule or a fixed refund window. Mandatory legal rights always apply.
3. Requesting a cancellation or review
For an agreed project, submit the request through the contact channel identified in your agreement or by mail to the address below. Include the project reference, the requested action, and the reason, without sending card numbers or sensitive financial information. The website contact form is not an active delivery channel at this time.
4. Work, delivery, and concerns
If a concern relates to agreed deliverables, explain the discrepancy so it can be assessed against the contract. Any correction, cancellation, or refund depends on the agreement, the circumstances, and applicable law. The existence of work already performed does not remove rights granted by mandatory law.
5. Payment errors and approved refunds
Report suspected duplicate or incorrect charges using the channel in your agreement. Any approved refund will be arranged through an appropriate payment method, subject to the applicable agreement and payment provider requirements. Banking processing time is outside our control. We do not ask for passwords or a full card number to review a payment concern.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing here restricts a statutory withdrawal, refund, dispute, or other consumer right that applies to your transaction. Any future product sales will require transaction-specific return and refund information before checkout.
