3. Schedules and dependencies
Project schedules are agreed individually; this website does not promise a fixed turnaround. Timelines may depend on client materials, feedback, approvals, scope changes, or third-party availability. Any material schedule change should be addressed through the project communication channel in accordance with the agreement.
4. Receipt and delivery problems
Review delivered work using the process established in your agreement. If an agreed file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible, report the issue through the project contact channel with sufficient detail to identify it. Avoid including sensitive credentials in a delivery support request.
5. Future physical product sales
If physical products are introduced, eligible destinations, shipping costs, estimated transit times, carrier arrangements, applicable duties, and return conditions will be disclosed before purchase. No shipping coverage, free-shipping threshold, or delivery guarantee is currently offered by this website.
